The Scotch Whisky Experience was developed over two years, beginning with the initial RFP and progressing through multiple stages to a successful pitch. The concept showcased the detailed elements of whisky production—from organic ingredients to the final distilled product—through captivating dioramas, complex particle systems, and immersive 360-degree cinema.
I contributed from inception, through ideation and narrative development, producing the pitch deck and creating a 'Digital Twin' from floor plans to visualise the space. After securing the project, the Digital Twin was expanded into a full-scale VR mockup, we used it as a tool for ourselves. It also enabled us to preview and refine content that could then be viewed remotely in VR on mirrored hardware we left we the client allowing them to review and feedback in realtime. In the final stages of the project, I mainly served as Art Director, collaborating closely with a Creative Director as well as a team of CG animators and unreal engine artists. While overseeing the creative output, managing the render pipeline, and finalising compositions for delivery.
